Cookie policy
In short: the website works without cookies. We use Google Analytics cookies only if you tap "Accept" or turn them on in "Customise", and you can change your mind at any time. We also count visits without cookies.
1. Cookies and similar tools
Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser. Similar tools are browser storage (such as localStorage) and techniques that recognise a device from its characteristics (fingerprinting).
The website uses only one of these without asking you: it saves your cookie choice and its date in your browser storage. It is there only so we do not ask you on every page, so it is technical and needs no consent. After 6 months the choice expires and the banner comes back.
swosh-consenso. Your cookie choice, in browser storage. Technical, always on. Lasts 6 months.
_ga. Tells one browser from another, for Google Analytics. Statistics, only with your consent. Lasts 2 years.
_ga_7GWC1NPR97. Keeps track of the current visit, for Google Analytics. Statistics, only with your consent. Lasts 2 years.
2. Statistics without cookies
We count visits with Vercel Web Analytics, for everyone. It uses no cookies and stores nothing on your device: to avoid counting the same visit twice, Vercel uses a code calculated from the request your browser sends, which is deleted after 24 hours. We only see aggregate numbers for this website, for example how many people tap "Get directions", and Vercel does not follow you across other websites. That is why no consent is needed (Article 122 of the Italian Privacy Code and the Garante guidelines of 10 June 2021).
3. Google Analytics, only with your consent
If you tap "Accept", or turn on "Statistics" in "Customise", we also use Google Analytics 4, a service of Google Ireland Limited. Before you choose, the website loads nothing from Google; if you reject, it never does.
Google Analytics stores the two cookies in the list above. With them we see, in aggregate numbers, the pages viewed, where visits come from, approximate country and city, device and browser, and the main buttons tapped, such as "Get directions".
We do not use Google advertising features: the website asks Google not to use this data for ads. Legal basis: your consent (Article 122 of the Italian Privacy Code and Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). The privacy policy explains where the data goes and how long it is kept.
4. How to change your choice
You can change your choice at any time from "Cookie preferences", at the bottom of every page, or from here.
If you withdraw your consent, Google Analytics stops and its cookies are deleted from this browser. Data already collected is kept only for the time stated in the privacy policy.
5. External links
The buttons for Google Maps, WhatsApp and Instagram and the link to leave a Google review are plain links: the website embeds no maps, videos or social buttons, so until you tap them those services receive nothing from this page. When you tap them they open in another tab or in their app, and their own cookie rules apply there.
6. Managing cookies in your browser
You can view, delete and block cookies in your browser settings, under privacy or site data. If you block them all, this website still works, but it cannot remember your choice and asks you on every page.
